We love helping people of all ages to grow and heal. And our clients know just how much we care when they come to their sessions.
Our therapists provide services for people across the lifespan and have a special focus on helping children, teens and families facing a spectrum of concerns. Each therapist maintains their own subspecialities - including anxiety disorders, depression, perfectionism, low self-worth, ADHD, autism, school challenges, grief/loss, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, nontraditional families, and more. Our therapists are committed to advancing themselves in their unique subspecialities by continuing their education and training so they can become increasingly masterful at helping their clients. Our specialized services and range of subspecialities ensure there is help for the whole family and for a wide variety of issues.
We know that making the leap into therapy can be hard. And we want to make that experience as comfortable as possible.

What are the first steps to starting therapy?
Contact us (call 760-501-8044 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) to set up a call and get matched with a therapist that best fits your needs. We will answer any questions you have and discuss our fees (or collect your insurance information*). *We are currently in-network providers for IEHP (Inland Empire Health Plan); for all other insurance plans, you will need to contact your plan to find out if your plan provides reimbursement to you for “our-of-network” providers.
Complete your intake packet online at least 24 hours before your session.
Come to your first session. Your therapist will meet with you, go over your intake paperwork, and discuss what brought you in for therapy and your goals for therapy. The initial session is where we get to know you (or your child) and you get a feel for who we are as a therapist. By the end of the session, we will talk to you about our fit as a therapist, often provide you with some actionable goals, and hopefully schedule a second appointment to begin working together!
