Hi, I’m Autumn!

Helping TWEENS, teens, adults, couples, and families feel more connected, understood, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe being themselves and comfortable opening up about thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words. I have extensive experience supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and parent-child dynamics.

I believe therapy is about looking beyond behaviors and symptoms to understand what may be happening underneath them. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier ways of coping, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.

Areas of Focus

  • Teens and young adults

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation

  • Self-esteem and identity

  • Trauma

  • Couples and relationship challenges

  • Sexual and intimacy concerns

  • Parent-child dynamics and family relationships

My Approach to Therapy

I take a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach that is individualized to each person or family I work with. I have a particular knack for connecting with teens and young adults and helping them feel comfortable enough to express what they’re thinking and feeling without fear of judgment.

My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices including:

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen emotional connection and relationships

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to develop greater understanding and compassion for different parts of ourselves

  • Mindfulness, family-based interventions, and trauma-informed care

Above all, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to better understand yourself.

Supporting YOUTH & Families

One of the things I value most about working with young people is creating a space where they can feel safe enough to be themselves. Rather than focusing only on a child or teen’s behavior, I help families explore what may be happening underneath it.

I have worked extensively with parents to help them better understand their child’s emotional and behavioral needs, improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen their relationship. I believe meaningful change for young people often comes not only from individual therapy, but from strengthening the relationships and support systems around them.

Couples & Adults

I enjoy working with adults and couples experiencing relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual and intimacy concerns, or difficulties with self-worth.

Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and work toward changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable.

An Affirming Space

I am LGBTQ+ affirming and experienced in working with neurodivergent individuals. I understand that challenges surrounding identity, relationships, communication, emotional regulation, and feeling understood by others can look different for each person.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel accepted for who you are rather than pressured to fit into someone else’s expectations.
